Benoit Rolland

ST Engineering Antycip has appointed Benoit Rolland (pictured) as its new CEO, effective March 1, 2025. Michel Pronier, who has led the company for over 27 years, will retire from the role.

Benoit Rolland joins Antycip with over 25 years of experience in the simulation industry and a strong connection to Antycip, having previously served in a leadership role with the company. His background includes leadership roles in strategic planning, project management, business development and client relations.

“I have had the privilege of working alongside Michel Pronier for many years, and I am deeply honoured to take up this role”, comments Rolland. Michel Pronier adds: “It has been a true privilege to lead Antycip through such a transformative journey. As I step into retirement, I do so with immense pride in what we’ve accomplished and with great confidence in Benoit Rolland.”
